Terms of Service

Effective: 28 August 2026

These Terms are an agreement between you and Multitool ("we", "us") governing your use of the Multitool service at multitools.pro and its subdomains (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Multitool is an advertising operations tool for Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising. Through your own Meta Business assets, connected with your permission, it lets you:

  • view campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives and performance metrics across many ad accounts at once;
  • edit existing advertising — names, statuses, budgets, schedules, targeting, creative fields — individually or in bulk;
  • duplicate existing advertising and publish new advertising into your own ad accounts;
  • upload creative images and videos to your own ad accounts;
  • read, hide, reply to and moderate comments on your Pages, posts, ads and Instagram media;
  • publish a post to a connected Page at your instruction;
  • receive notifications and set up automated rules that act on your advertising according to conditions you configure.

Multitool is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Eligibility and your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by anyone who has access to your sign-in method or to a workspace you invited them to. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • If you invite team members to a workspace, you are responsible for their use of the Service and for the access level you grant them.

3. Connecting your Meta assets

  • You connect Meta Business assets through Facebook Login and grant the permissions the Service requests. You choose which assets to connect and can disconnect them at any time.
  • You represent and warrant that you are authorised to access and manage every Business Manager, ad account, Page and Instagram account you connect, and to instruct us to act on them. If that authority comes from someone else, you confirm you have their permission.
  • You may revoke our access at any time in your Facebook settings or by disconnecting the profile inside the Service.
  • Meta controls its own platform. Meta may change, restrict, suspend or withdraw API access, permissions, or your accounts at any time. We do not control that and are not responsible for it.

4. Your data

Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy. Deletion is described in the Data Deletion instructions. Both form part of these Terms.

Your advertising content and business data remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process, cache, display and transmit that content in order to operate the Service for you, and that licence ends when the data is deleted.

You are responsible for having the rights to every image, video, text and link you publish or duplicate through the Service.

5. Compliance with Meta's terms

You may process the Meta data you reach through the Service only in ways permitted by the Meta Platform Terms, the Meta Developer Policies, and any other Meta terms and policies that apply to it.

Without limiting that, by using the Service to create, duplicate, edit or manage advertising on Meta, you agree to and must comply with:

  • the Meta Terms of Service,
  • the Meta Advertising Standards,
  • the Meta Commercial Terms,
  • the Meta Self-Serve Ad Terms,
  • the Meta Business Tools Terms where applicable.

You are solely responsible for the advertising you run. We do not review, approve or endorse your ads; Meta does that through its own review process, and Meta's decisions are Meta's.

6. Automated rules and spend

6.1 Automated rules

Automated rules you configure act on your advertising on your behalf and at your instruction. You are responsible for the rules you create and their consequences, including budget and spend consequences. We provide the mechanism, not the judgement.

6.2 Spend

We do not purchase Meta advertising on your behalf. All advertising spend occurs on your own Meta ad accounts, under your own payment methods, and is billed by Meta directly to you. We never hold, disburse or take a share of your advertising budget, and we charge no markup on media spend.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service depends on Meta's APIs, which are outside our control and which change, rate-limit and fail independently of us. We may add, change or remove features.

8. Termination

  • You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, if required by Meta or by law, or if continuing to serve you would put our Meta platform access at risk.
  • On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Your data is handled as described in the Data Deletion instructions.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We make no promise about advertising outcomes. We do not guarantee ad approval, delivery, reach, conversions, revenue, cost per result, or that your accounts will remain in good standing with Meta. Metrics shown in the Service originate from Meta and are subject to Meta's own restatements, delays and gaps.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost advertising spend, lost data or business interruption.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if you paid us nothing.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, damages, losses and reasonable costs arising from your advertising content, your breach of these Terms or of Meta's terms, your lack of authority over the assets you connected, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will update the effective date and notify account holders through the Service at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Multitool is established. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer-protection right you have in your country of residence, including the right to bring proceedings there.

14. General

  • If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
  • We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets; you may not assign them without our written consent.
  • These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Data Deletion instructions, are the entire agreement between us regarding the Service.
  • Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
